Non-receipt of appointment confirmation via email, automated telephone call or text messaging (SMS)

Using the reference number appearing on the screen when your appointment is confirmed, you can validate, as needed:

  • the date and time of your appointment
  • the mean(s) of communication selected
  • the contact information entered with regard to your appointment (mobile phone number, home phone number or email address).

To do so, you must:

  1. Access Québec Medical Appointm​ent Scheduler
  2. Click on the "Look up an appointment" button
  3. Enter your personal information and then click on “Continue”
  4. Click on “Update my contact information or cancel my appointment”
  5. Enter your reference number and click on “Search”

If you don’t know your reference number and you need to check information, please contact your clinic.
